All clients have a dedicated Claims Handler at Castlemead who deals with their claims from start to finish. This ensures that claims are given the priority they deserve and are dealt wih by staff who are experienced and trained in negotiating settlements with insurers. At present, insurers are going through a period of mergers and changes. Consequently it is difficult to get the right response from their call centres. Be assured that we take the pain out of the claims process and ensure that you have a rapid response from us as opposed to waiting on the line dealing with a trainee call centre operative at an insurer.

In the event of a substantial loss, your Account Executive will be available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to help and attend the accident scene. These are all benefits we include as part of the Castlemead service. We offer a free uninsured loss recovery service and have tame solicitors to help you with problems if required.
