Day to Day handling is not left to an
inexperienced call centre. 80% of our staff hold a professional insurance
qualification with the remaining 20% in the process of sitting the relevant
examinations. You are guaranteed to deal with someone whose name will be
familiar and details of whom you will have been supplied. Castlemead insist
that all staff demonstrate the 3 A's - Availability Affability and Ability. We
attempt to remove the shroud of mist that surrounds most insurance
arrangements. We promise not to give a round figure quotation without an
explanation as to its content. We provide a detailed premium per section
spreadsheet for Liability, Property and Fleet insurances to enable accurate
apportioning of business cost.
In addition to
premium details, our clients receive a comprehensive Register detailing their
cover, issues and legislation which may affect them. Regular meetings are held
with all clients to review their insurance portfolios as circumstances dictate,
summaries of which are provided confirming the areas discussed and the
decisions taken. This ensures our clients are clear
on what is and more importantly what is not covered. By undertaking a thorough
review of the business on a regular basis we ensure our clients are aware of
the Risk Management issues that affect them. We help identify, analyse and
control the risks our clients are exposed to thereby assisting in the
protection of their income and assets. We handle the insurance matters on
behalf of our clients in a way that enables them to dedicate more of their time
